Effective 17 July 2026

Terms for accountable automation.

These terms apply to access and use of Siteglass. They do not replace a construction company's own customer quote, contract or statutory obligations.

Authority and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in access and only connect systems and company records you are authorised to use. Administrators are responsible for team seats, roles and release settings within their workspace.

Quotes and professional judgement

Siteglass assists with estimates and documents; it does not warrant that uploaded measurements, images, supplier prices or generated scopes are complete. The construction business must verify scope, quantities, rates, taxes, licences, engineering requirements and contract terms before issuing or relying on an official quote.

Connected services

Xero, Google and Microsoft services are governed by their own terms. You direct Siteglass to perform an external action only after the displayed review and approval step. You can revoke a connection from Siteglass or the provider.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload records you lack permission to process.
  • Do not attempt to access another company's workspace.
  • Do not bypass approval, security or profit-protection controls.
  • Do not use Siteglass for unlawful, deceptive or unsafe activity.

Availability and changes

Features may change as provider APIs, regulations and product controls evolve. Planned availability targets do not eliminate maintenance, provider outages or events outside reasonable control.

Risk allocation and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siteglass is not responsible for losses caused by unverified measurements, supplier information, user instructions, connected-service failures, or a company issuing an estimate or document without the required review. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Any final liability cap and business-specific exclusions must be settled in the lawyer-approved commercial terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Siteglass contact page. These product terms should be reviewed by Australian counsel before commercial launch.
